All candidates should study the brochure thoroughly before filling the application form and fill the application form accordingly. Admission of students in the college will be done as per their acquired qualification\/standard set by Uttar Pradesh Government and University. The decision of the admission committee constituted for admission will be final. Students should select subjects as per their own ability and the number of seats available. As per the instructions of the university, if the attendance is less than 75%, then they will not be allowed to appear in the examination and the total number of teaching working days will be at least 180 days. considering the relevant factors decided, the following fee refund policy from the academic session with standing anything contained in any guidelines\/ prospectus\/ notification\/schedule, a full refund of fees shall be made by the HEls on account of all cancellations of admissions\/migrations of students and with a\u00a0deductionof\u00a0not more than Rs.1000.00 as a processing fee.<\/li><li>It shall apply to all higher education institutions, whether established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or a State Act, and every institution recognized by the UGC Act-1956 and to all institutions deemed to be a University declared as such under Section-3 therein and to all higher education institutions affiliated to a University.<\/li><li>These guidelines would also be applicable to organizations, consortiums, committees, associations, etc., constituted for the purpose of conducting counseling or processing admissions and collecting fees on behalf of participating HEIs, and the HEI concerned will be responsible for refund fees.<\/li><li>For any admission schedule
