Having a large population area of 4,609 sq. km and political relevance makes Raebareli a crucial district of Uttar Pradesh despite being closer to capital city Lucknow. But its social strata grabs the attention for a different reason i.e., rural population and that too in not so good condition. Contemplating this issue, JPS Foundation Trust came forward and became a spearhead in uprooting social evils, problems of the people in the district. This all was possible only by making the people self-dependent and self reliant. Hence, JPS Foundation Trust came forward & established a Mahavidhyalaya in the Prema Nagar, Ichauli block of the district to make the fresh blood of the area educated and competitive.
